I met Gene as he drove by our house and introduced himself as a buy's agent for a couple scheduled the following day. I had a bad experience with a previous buyer's agent but Gene has a solid reputation throughout the community. He listened as I told him my cautious approach and assured me he would act with the upmost integrity and in the interest of BOTH parties. That's how he earned the trust of people he has never met. Gene was true to his word and eventually agreed to act as our listing agent so he could ensure the entire transaction went through without novices like me screwing up the details. I was unsure when we listed our home for sales thru Rodgers Real Estate Group. First two weeks after the sales listing, we had two dozen viewings for our home. I attributed so much interests for our home to 3D pictures. We reviewed 3D pictures of our home. It was so real and felt we were in the home. We also received potential home buyer's reviews. These reviews helped us what to expect and what changes we would to make it more salable home. We found Rodgers Group is easy to communicate thru. emails, texts and phone calls, and stayed with us all the way from an offer after two weeks to the closing date. Rodgers Real Estate was the team I chose after initially going with another realtor. I can say that I am very happy with my decision, as it was a much better fit with Rodgers team. I had a difficult sale regardless of who I went with, but the Rodgers team provided me with all of the extra effort I do not believe I would have had anywhere else. Dealing with difficult buyers, the Rodgers team kept me updated through the entire process, even through some unexpected changes in the middle of the transaction. They have an extensive arm of real estate professional partners from cleaning to updating to repair. They work with what is most important to you in the sale and make sure that this is what you get. During the Winter months they assigned a runner to stop by my vacant house multiple times per week. My realtor also stopped by a number of times to check on certain things. I received a call after each group of showings to review the feedback and discuss what should be expected in the coming weeks. They honored all agreements that were made from the beginning and even continued to fight for deserved money owed to me after the sale was final. I highly recommend Rodgers Real Estate Group for anyone looking for knowledge, communication, honesty, fairness, work-ethic, real estate connections, and just an overall pleasant team.
